The essential theme examines record management, excellent service management, education and entrepreneurship. The record management explores the effectiveness of electronic record management to what extent archive retrieval uses certain applications. In the service theme, it debriefs how service quality and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty, as well as the extent to which the process of assessing service compliance levels and also measuring the implementation of SERVQUAL Theory on One Stop Academic Service. The Education Sector analyzes differences in the learning achievement of students who are graduates of Public Middle Schools and Vocational High Schools and to analyze the factors that support and hinder student learning achievement and the field of entrepreneurship discusses how the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation can have an influence on family firm performance. Furthermore, all of these fields have the same conclusion, that neat, orderly and well-managed administration is the key to being able to run record management, provide excellent service, improve achievement and an entrepreneurial courage. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on administrative management studies related to provide better services in the field of record management, as well as increasing innovation to achieve learning goals and nurture an entrepreneurial courage.
